Laser cutting machine if the use of compressed air as an auxiliary gas.
Cutting gas, cylinder power gas source and light path positive pressure dust removal are used for these three purposes.
Among them, cutting gas is the main gas, accounting for about 80 to 90% of the total gas demand. If the auxiliary air source is oxygen or ammonia, the other two uses also need compressed air, but the flow rate is very small, and the ordinary power can be compressed air.
Compressed air, as an auxiliary gas for laser cutting requirements, there are three main aspects: pressure, flow and air source quality.
When the laser power is large enough, the higher the pressure, the better the cutting quality and the higher the cutting efficiency. But if the laser power is not large enough, the high pressure will not help. After all, the laser power is large enough to melt the cutting material faster.
